General program overview:
Congratulations you have made a positive lifestyle decision to give yourself a break from daily stress and toxins to celebrate the gift of life and detox.
Consultation Day 1
Our doctor will support your decision with an initial session to discuss your goals and initiate a tailor made program of action. If you have concerns or needs you can discuss them with her at that time.
The lifestyle counseling includes a personal journal to use during your stay that will be an essential tool in supporting your positive decision and keep you motivated. The journal will be used for:
Morning focus
Every morning it is suggested you read the motivational quote for the day and follow up with writing your feelings and ideas in the space provided. The mind is a powerful tool if we set up positive ideas for the day they tend to stay with us.
Evening focus
At the end of each day take some time to focus on what you have achieved, ending the day on a positive note. A space has been in the journal for this purpose with some suggestions as to how you might best utilize this time.
Consultation Day 2
In the middle of the stay another session is offered to review your needs, endorse your successes and devise strategies if you are experiencing any difficulties.
Consultation Day 3
Finally a session is provided at the end of your stay to discuss how to follow up now that you have completed your detox. Our counselor will help you identify any possible problem areas you may encounter back home, and make post detox plans and stress management tools to assist you, to address them.
